How many channels can I receive with Afghan IPTV Box?
You can receive all the channels listed on our website. More channels will be added in future as well.

How do I connect the Box with internet?
You need to connect the Box with an internet Router (4 Port internet Router) in order to receive the TV signals. The Box does not work with simple Modem.

Some Internet Service Providers do provide a built in 4 port router/modem. Please contact your DSL/Cable Modem service provider for more information.

If customer has a broadband connection through their provider it’s as easy as plugging in a CAT5 (Ethernet Cable) into their Afghan IPTV Box. You may have to refer to your specific network admin for specific hookups (via Router, Hub, etc.). You may need to hire an installer to work around the network problem.

The Box is designed to work within the first 5-10 seconds once it is plugged in.

What is the minimum DSL speed required for the Box? In
In order to receive the channels without any problem your internet/DSL speed must be at least 2MB/s.

The channel hangs/disconnects or buffering. What should I do?
Please check your Router/DSL if it is working correctly. You may need to turn-off (disconnect from power) and restart the Modem/Router. Please check the cables if the Box is connected correctly. Turn-off the Box and restart it again.

Why my Afghan IPTV BOX shows the picture black and white?
Many older Televisions do not support the Composite Video input (Yellow, White and Red video/audio cable). Please contact your TV Manufacturer for more details and help. Please also check the cable for damages. You may need to change the Composite video cable.

Can I install/watch channels other than listed in the Afghan IPTV Box?
No, you can only watch channels listed in the Box and on our website.

How long is the warranty valid for the Box?
Each Box has 1 year limited warranty. The warranty starts from the date of purchase. For details please refer to our Policy.
